General provisions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.1. These Purchase Rules regulate the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of the consumer (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) and UAB \"S&amp;S Artel\" (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) when purchasing goods <a href=\"https:\/\/artel.lt\/en\/\">www.artel.lt<\/a> in the online store.<br>1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he\/she is familiar with these rules and agrees with them.<br>1.3. The Seller reserves the right to change the rules, and the changes come into effect from the moment they are published on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Product and order submission<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1. <a href=\"https:\/\/artel.lt\/en\/\">www.artel.lt<\/a> offered goods \u2013 shirts, <strong>are manufactured individually according to the parameters selected by the Buyer<\/strong>.<br>2.2. The order is considered confirmed when the Buyer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>provides all necessary data,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>specifies production parameters (size, color, fabric, etc.),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pays for the order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.3. The Seller reserves the right to reject the order if the data provided is inaccurate, unusual or may disrupt the production process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Prices<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1. All goods <a href=\"https:\/\/artel.lt\/en\/\">www.artel.lt<\/a> are indicated <strong>in euros (EUR)<\/strong>.<br>3.2. The price is valid at the time of placing the order and cannot be changed after payment.<br>3.3. Prices may change due to changes in fabric supply or other production costs, but this does not apply to orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Payment methods<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.1. Pay for goods <a href=\"https:\/\/artel.lt\/en\/\">www.artel.lt<\/a> available using the electronic banking of the following banks:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Swedbank<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>SEB<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Luminor<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Citadele<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u0160iauli\u0173 bankas<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.2. All payments are made <strong>in euros (EUR)<\/strong>.<br>4.3. Payments are processed through <strong>MakeCommerce.lt<\/strong> a payment platform that ensures secure and fast payments.<br>4.4. By making a payment, the Buyer confirms that he\/she is familiar with the terms of use of MakeCommerce.lt.<br>4.5. The order will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Order fulfillment and production time<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.1. UAB \"S&amp;S Artel\" shirts are manufactured <strong>only after ordering<\/strong> and are not kept in stock.<br>5.2. Preliminary production deadline \u2013 <strong>up to 2 weeks<\/strong> from receipt of payment.<br>5.3. Delivery<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.1. The goods are delivered by the method chosen by the Buyer, specified at the time of placing the order.<br>6.2. The delivery time depends on the work of the delivery services and is not included in the production time.<br>6.3. The delivery price is indicated at the time of ordering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Product quality<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.1. The Seller undertakes to manufacture the shirt according to the specifications chosen by the Buyer and to ensure high sewing quality.<br>7.2. Colors may vary slightly due to different screen display capabilities - this is not considered a defect in the product.<br>7.3. The buyer undertakes to familiarize himself with the recommendations for materials, style and sizes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Right of return and withdrawal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.1. Since the goods are manufactured to individual order, they <strong>14-day right of withdrawal does not apply<\/strong> according to Art. 6.228(10) of the Civil Code. 2 d. 3 p.<br>8.2. Goods <strong>cannot be returned<\/strong> just because:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>incorrect size (if the Buyer provided inaccurate data),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a change of decision or opinion,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>individual aesthetic preferences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.3. Returns are only possible in cases where the product has significant quality defects due to manufacturing errors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Warranty and procedure for defective goods<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.1. Goods are subject to <strong>2 years<\/strong> warranty against manufacturing defects.<br>9.2. If the product has defects, the Buyer must inform the Seller within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receiving the product<br>9.3. The Seller, having assessed the situation, may:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>repair the product,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sew or replace with a new one,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>refund part of the price,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>refund in certain cases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. Buyer's responsibility<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.1. The Buyer is responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>teisingai pateiktus gamybos parametrus,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>accurate contact details,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>accept the item upon delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.2. The Buyer undertakes not to transfer his\/her login details to third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11. Privacy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">11.1. Final provisions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12.1. All disputes shall be resolved primarily through negotiations.<br>12.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, the Buyer may apply to the <strong>VVTAT<\/strong> or use the <strong>European Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR)<\/strong>.<br>12.3.
