1. General provisions
1.1. These Purchase Rules regulate the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of the consumer (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) and UAB "S&S Artel" (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) when purchasing goods www.artel.lt in the online store.
1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he/she is familiar with these rules and agrees with them.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to change the rules, and the changes come into effect from the moment they are published on the website.
2. Product and order submission
2.1. www.artel.lt offered goods – shirts, are manufactured individually according to the parameters selected by the Buyer.
2.2. The order is considered confirmed when the Buyer:
- provides all necessary data,
- specifies production parameters (size, color, fabric, etc.),
- pays for the order.
2.3. The Seller reserves the right to reject the order if the data provided is inaccurate, unusual or may disrupt the production process.
3. Prices
3.1. All goods www.artel.lt are indicated in euros (EUR).
3.2. The price is valid at the time of placing the order and cannot be changed after payment.
3.3. Prices may change due to changes in fabric supply or other production costs, but this does not apply to orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.
4. Payment methods
4.1. Pay for goods www.artel.lt available using the electronic banking of the following banks:
- Swedbank
- SEB
- Luminor
- Citadele
- Šiaulių bankas
4.2. All payments are made in euros (EUR).
4.3. Payments are processed through MakeCommerce.lt a payment platform that ensures secure and fast payments.
4.4. By making a payment, the Buyer confirms that he/she is familiar with the terms of use of MakeCommerce.lt.
4.5. The order will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.
5. Order fulfillment and production time
5.1. UAB "S&S Artel" shirts are manufactured only after ordering and are not kept in stock.
5.2. Preliminary production deadline – up to 2 weeks from receipt of payment.
5.3. Jei gamybos terminas dėl objektyvių priežasčių gali užsitęsti, Pirkėjas informuojamas el. paštu.
6. Delivery
6.1. The goods are delivered by the method chosen by the Buyer, specified at the time of placing the order.
6.2. The delivery time depends on the work of the delivery services and is not included in the production time.
6.3. The delivery price is indicated at the time of ordering.
7. Product quality
7.1. The Seller undertakes to manufacture the shirt according to the specifications chosen by the Buyer and to ensure high sewing quality.
7.2. Colors may vary slightly due to different screen display capabilities - this is not considered a defect in the product.
7.3. The buyer undertakes to familiarize himself with the recommendations for materials, style and sizes.
8. Right of return and withdrawal
8.1. Since the goods are manufactured to individual order, they 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply according to Art. 6.228(10) of the Civil Code. 2 d. 3 p.
8.2. Goods cannot be returned just because:
- incorrect size (if the Buyer provided inaccurate data),
- a change of decision or opinion,
- individual aesthetic preferences.
8.3. Returns are only possible in cases where the product has significant quality defects due to manufacturing errors.
9. Warranty and procedure for defective goods
9.1. Goods are subject to 2 years warranty against manufacturing defects.
9.2. If the product has defects, the Buyer must inform the Seller within 14 days of receiving the product
9.3. The Seller, having assessed the situation, may:
- repair the product,
- sew or replace with a new one,
- refund part of the price,
- refund in certain cases.
10. Buyer's responsibility
10.1. The Buyer is responsible for:

- accurate contact details,
- accept the item upon delivery.
10.2. The Buyer undertakes not to transfer his/her login details to third parties.
11. Privacy
11.1. Pirkėjo asmens duomenys tvarkomi vadovaujantis UAB „S&S Artel“ Privatumo politika, paskelbta www.artel.lt/privacy-policy
11.2. Privatumo politikoje pateikiama išsami informacija apie duomenų rinkimą, tvarkymą, saugojimą, perdavimą tretiesiems asmenims bei Pirkėjo teises pagal BDAR.
12. Final provisions
12.1. All disputes shall be resolved primarily through negotiations.
12.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, the Buyer may apply to the VVTAT or use the European Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR).
12.3. These rules apply from the date of their publication in www.artel.lt.
